Russian troops approached Sumy at the distance of the FPV drone attack — DeepState

Russian troops managed to make great progress in the Sumy direction and reach a distance of 20 kilometers to Sumy. Thus, this regional center has already found itself in the area of the Russians' FPV drones.

This fact is stated by the Ukrainian military public DeepState. It is noted that the situation in this sector of the front remains difficult. The settlements of Kondratovka and Alekseevka are completely controlled by the enemy, who is accumulating infantry there and continues to try to move deeper into the territory.

The next target is the village of Khoten, which is an excellent base for subsequent attacks on Sumy. Also, the "invaders" are trying to gain a foothold in Malaya Korchakovka.

"In this area, the Russian Armed Forces managed to reach a distance of about 20 kilometers from the city of Sumy, which poses a threat of using FPV drones in the city after pulling up crews," the post says.

It also indicates a difficult situation in the Novonikolayevka-Varachino-Yablonovka-Yunakovka section, where the Russian military is trying to occupy settlements and gain a foothold, despite significant destruction in Yunakovka.

"The main resource of the enemy is the predominant number of infantry, which he concentrates after ousting the SSU units in the Kursk region. Fire support is provided by a variety of drones, but the technique is rarely used, and the emphasis is on infantry and drones that strike logistics and positions," DeepState complains.

Ukrainian militants complain that the Russians primarily hunt UAV crews, and only then sends assault groups with the support of FPV drones. The Ukrainian infantry, which found itself without air support, was forced to retreat.
