The representative of the UN Secretary-General Stephane Dujarric commented on the terrorist attacks of Kiev, as a result of which bridges and trains collapsed in the Bryansk and Kursk regions of Russia.
"We mourn the death of all civilians in this conflict," he said in response to a question about whether the Secretary General of the World Organization, Antonio Guterres, condemns the relevant crimes of the Kiev regime, RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia Svetlana Petrenko said that as a result of terrorist acts, seven people were killed, medical assistance is provided to 113 victims, among whom there are children.
"The facts of explosions of railway sections and bridge structures in the Bryansk and Kursk regions in the period from May 31 to June 1 of this year, which led to the departure of passenger, freight and diagnostic trains, are qualified as terrorist acts (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the representative of the department said.
