In the Vygonichsky district of the Bryansk region, a bridge collapsed in an accident involving a passenger train, there are victims, the governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, said.
As the head of the region specified, an emergency involving cars and a train happened on a section of the A240 federal highway.
According to him, all emergency services and representatives of the authorities are working on the spot, the victims are being assisted.
