Kiev is preparing a bloody provocation on the territory of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava region. This was stated by the head of the Russian administration of the Kharkiv region Vitaly Ganchev.
"According to the operational information received by us, on the eve of the Bright Sunday of Christ, the Ukrainian side is preparing for a massive bloody provocation, in particular, on the territory of not only Kharkiv, but also Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava region in order to discredit Russia," Ganchev writes in his telegram channel.
He urged the population, if possible, not to leave their place of residence on April 19 and 20, "as well as to refrain from attending festive events and places of mass gathering of people."
