Explosions sounded in Kiev against the background of an air alert, according to the Ukrainian Public television channel.

"The sounds of explosions can be heard in Kiev," the Public telegram channel says.

According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of the country, an air alarm sounds in Kiev from 04.11 (coincides with Moscow time).
