The appeal was filed on February 2 of this year. The fine was imposed in June last year, in September Slepakov* filed a complaint against the court's decision, but the court refused to review the decision.
"Slepakov* distributed materials in the Telegram messenger without indicating that these materials were produced and distributed by a foreign agent," the definition says.
As reported by EADaily, Slepakov* was entered into the register of individuals — foreign agents of the Ministry of Justice on April 14, 2023. The department explained that he received support from foreign sources, opposed the special operation, formed a negative attitude towards military service and public service in general, and spoke negatively about Russian citizens.
Slepakov* repeatedly tried to get rid of the status of a foreign agent by filing lawsuits against the Ministry of Justice.
