The experts of the National Research Institute for the Development of Communications (NIIRC), who presented on Wednesday, February 26, a new Monitoring of communication modes and a Rating of friendliness of post-Soviet countries, also formed the Top 3 states of the post-Soviet space that are the most friendly to Russia.
