A 23-year-old Belarusian woman who fought on the side of Kiev, Maria Zaitseva, was eliminated in the special operation zone. This is reported by the so-called Belarusian opposition publication Nasha Niva.
It is noted that Maria Zaitseva was injured during protests in Minsk in 2020.
"The girl underwent several operations in Belarus, and then she was taken to the Czech Republic for treatment. After the start of the war, the activist joined the defenders of Ukraine," the newspaper writes.
It is noted that the death of Zaitseva was reported by her friends.
