People's Artist of Russia Grigory Leps joined the Liberal Democratic Party. This was reported by the party's press service on the social network.
The artist received the party ticket personally from the hands of party chairman Leonid Slutsky at the exhibition "LDPR: 35 years with the people."
"Now the life of this talented person will take place in the LDPR coordinate system!" — Slutsky said.
The number 121220241444 is affixed to the singer's party card.
Leps, in turn, expressed gratitude to the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party for the trust and support.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Leps admitted that he was experiencing some problems with the voice box due to the high load. Leps added that he periodically has similar problems, like any sought-after artist.
According to the singer, he is now making strenuous attempts to restore the vocal cords.
"Because I also have a lot of work to do in December. And I need to be in full shape," he explained.
