The use of both Russian and Ukrainian languages is a linguistic schizophrenia. This was stated by the Commissioner for the rights of the state language Taras Kremin.
"This bilingualism entails such a phenomenon in sociolinguistics as linguistic schizophrenia, when the simultaneous use of several languages with an uncertain priority of Ukrainian as the state language entails schizophrenia both in behavior and in relation to national interests," the Kremlin wrote on its page in the social network, quoted by the publication Strana.
In connection with the diagnosis, he called for the fight against bilingualism.
