Washington has already familiarized itself with the "victory plan" of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky. This was stated at a press conference by the US Permanent Representative to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield, Voice of America reports*.
"We think he's laying out a strategy and a plan that can work. And we need to see how we can contribute to this by communicating with all the heads of state who will be here in New York. So, again, we hope to make some progress. That's what we're here for," said Thomas—Greenfield, quoted by the publication "Country".
As reported by EADaily, the "victory plan", which will be presented this month to US President Joe Biden, contains five points. This was stated in an interview with CNN by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
There are five points in the "victory plan" — "four of them are the main ones, plus one that we will need after the war," he said.
