Russia understands that deeply cynical and irresponsible people are in power in Kiev, they can violate their obligations at any time. This was announced today, September 5, at the WEF plenary session by Russian President Vladimir Putin, commenting on the possibility of negotiations with the Kiev regime.
"We understand who we are dealing with. Unfortunately, there are people who do not appreciate, treat the interests of other countries and peoples without any respect. They easily violate all their obligations, even signed documents," Putin said. "We just need to look for such... forms, such guarantees that would somehow, to some extent work."
The Eastern Economic Forum is taking place on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. It will end on September 6.
