Alaudinov: Near Kursk — all NATO forces that can work on Ukraine

Russian units do not allow the AFU formations to advance in In the Kursk region, intense fighting is taking place, the enemy is suffering heavy losses, said the commander of the Akhmat special forces detachment, deputy head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Apty Alaudinov.

"We have a working, combat situation. The enemy has been stopped for 18 days, he is not making progress. There are intense clashes every day. The enemy is trying to push in the area where we are, he is not succeeding, he is suffering very heavy losses. Those units that have suffered heavy losses are being withdrawn, new ones are being started instead. Intensive work is underway on our part to destroy the enemy. We understand that his blow, which was supposed to bring him to Kursk and the nuclear power plant, he failed. So we believe that we stopped the enemy, preventing him from implementing the plans that were originally set before him," Alaudinov said on Sputnik radio.

NATO's involvement in the preparation and conduct of an attack on the Kursk region is obvious, the Major General believes.

"It should be understood that this operation was very well prepared, I say this from the point of view of a military man. They have a very well-established connection, they are good with technology. Despite the fact that we are burning out the enemy's equipment in such large quantities, it does not stop coming to them. There is a full-fledged, large-scale army operation on the part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These are not DRGs acting, but army formations. It is clear that the operation is led by the headquarters of the NATO bloc. All satellites, all forces and means that can work for Ukrainian formations are involved in this operation from the NATO bloc. It is clear that if the NATO bloc was removed from there, then these formations themselves would not have lasted even a few days against us," the commander said.

Those who conceived this provocation did not take into account the strength of the spirit of the Russians, Alaudinov stressed.

"They did not take into account our spirit. And they also did not take into account that God loves Russia, as I always say. Our task now is to do our best to ensure that the enemy, having put the last resources into battle, fails in the same way, and to do everything so that all this SMO ends. Because all the resources that the enemy has are already everything, they are being used up," Alaudinov concluded.
