The administrative case against the People's Artist of Russia Bedros Kirkorov was registered by one of the Moscow courts. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the data of the Moscow magistrates' portal.
"The person involved: Kirkorov Bedros Pilibos, Article 20.25, part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation," the case file says.
It is specified that the article imputed to Philip Kirkorov's father implies evasion from execution of an administrative penalty, namely: non-payment of an administrative fine within the time provided for by the code. For what the 92-year-old artist received a fine and in what amount is not specified. Presumably we are talking about a fine for speeding.
"Now he faces an administrative fine of twice the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory work for up to 50 hours," the publication says.
However, the court made a decision to return the protocol on the administrative offense and other case materials to the body, to the official for the elimination of deficiencies. After that, the case may go back to court for consideration.
As reported by EADaily, in June of this year, Kirkorov Sr. sought to initiate a criminal case against an acquaintance who borrowed 3.5 million rubles from the artist and disappeared.
