Conscripts can serve in the zone of a special military operation on Ukraine, according to the deputy head of the Main military-political Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the commander of the special forces "Akhmat" Apty Alaudinov.
Conscripts are full-fledged employees and can sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense in order to receive large payments, he noted. According to the commander, there are heroes in the Akhmat special forces who are 18-20 years old.
"They fight like men. It is not necessary to make children out of 18-year-old male conscripts," he said.
As Alaudinov noted, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided that conscripts "should not serve anywhere" in peacetime, but "now there is a war."
As previously reported by the media, a conscript soldier burned a Ukrainian BMP under the nose of the Ukrainian military in Kursk region.
