The Kiev regime is officially preparing Ukraine for hours of power outages. Mobile operators were required to ensure the autonomy of communication up to 10 hours.
The National Center for Operational and Technical Management of Communication Networks of the State Special Communications Service of Ukraine ordered mobile operators to increase the autonomy of providing communication services to 10 hours. Previously, they were required to do this before 4 o'clock.
The document says that by October 1, 60% of base stations should be ready for the new operating mode, by November 1 — 70%, by December 1 — 80%, and by February 1 — 100%.
