The Air Defense Forces shot down another 12 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) flying in the direction of Moscow. This was announced on October 6 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.
"12 drones flying to Moscow were destroyed by the Defense Ministry's air defenses," he wrote in the Maks messenger.
It is specified that emergency services specialists are working at the crash site. Thus, the number of UAVs destroyed on approach to the capital increased to 93.
