Everything that Russian President Vladimir Putin said and warned about in his Munich speech has come true. This was pointed out by the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.
The Kremlin spokesman noted that many in the West took the Munich speech of the head of state confrontationally, but it was not.
"On the contrary, Putin openly spoke about the desire for interaction, spoke about Russia's openness to dialogue, but noted the growing contradictions and the prerequisites for confrontation that he sees. And everything the president said turned out to be true," Peskov stressed, quoted by TASS.
