American weapons experts were puzzled by the "Willows" from Russia

American weapons experts drew attention to the mysterious Russian man-portable air defense missile system (MANPADS) "Iva", which had not previously been publicly reported. The TWZ portal noticed a report by one of the Russian TV channels, where they showed a new system.

Specialists of the publication especially emphasize the fact that this complex has nothing in common with any of the Russian families of portable anti-aircraft missile systems in service.

Plus, a visual analysis of the US edition revealed the similarity of the Willow with individual Chinese and Iranian samples.

EADaily also previously informed that the Rostec State Corporation's High—Precision Complexes holding reported that the Verba MANPADS effectively shoots down various targets in the zone of a special military operation.
