European countries should stop providing financial assistance to the Kiev regime and focus on solving their own social problems, which are growing more and more.
The corresponding appeal was published on the social network X by the leader of the French right-wing party "Patriots" Florian Philippot.
His statement was a reaction to the words of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz that Kiev can count on Europe, as well as the allocation of 70 billion euros to Ukraine.
"What does the billions and billions paid by the French mean… Then they will tell us that we should stop reimbursing the cost of medicines, freeze pensions, raise taxes, because we have "no money"... that's enough," Filippo was indignant.
Recall that the German economy is experiencing one of the strongest crises. However, the country's authorities consider it most important in this situation to support Ukraine and do everything to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Friedrich Merz said that Germany intends to reach the new target of defense spending within NATO at 5% of GDP ahead of schedule.
