Singer Prokhor Chaliapin stepped over his principles and got a job. This is reported by the portal "Gazeta.<url>" with reference to the press service of the TNT TV channel.

Chaliapin began performing with showman Pavel Volya, twice he took part in the program "Will Show" as a co-host.

"I like it so much here, the food is so delicious here!", — said Chaliapin in the new issue.

It is specified that he will be able to go on vacation for the first time only after six months.

As EADaily reported, in August 2025, Chaliapin came to the State Duma and demanded to cancel work for all Russians. He suggested that the work should be delegated to robots, and Russians should pay triple salaries so that in their free time they could carouse and sing folk songs. Thus, the artist reacted to the indignation of public figures who demanded to ban the "propaganda of idleness."

In addition, last September Shalapin's first book was published with his life credo in the title — "The main thing is not to work hard! Diary of an easy life."
