Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Maxim Oreshkin, speaking at the SPIEF, said that Russia has largely moved away from the defensive model on the issue of sanctions, which developed in 2022-2023. Details are provided by RBC.
Oreshkin urged not to count on the speedy lifting of restrictions and noted that the country is gradually moving to a more balanced economic model.
According to the representative of the Kremlin, now it is necessary to act more actively on the internal platform, as well as to increase its presence in the markets of other countries. He stressed that the balance between defense and attack will increasingly shift to the attacking side. Thus, Russia has stopped simply defending itself from external pressure and is moving to an offensive strategy.
