However, the authors add with optimism, regarding the shelling of Starobilsk and the deaths of people there, the US representative in The UN also refrained from assessments, calling for the soonest institution of war.

In addition, there were no promises to supply Ukraine with Patriot missiles, the shortage of which does not allow to shoot down enough ballistic missiles.

"The latter, perhaps, of course, was not publicly announced. However, there have been no leaks about this in the media so far. And all the information that had appeared before said that due to the shortage of missiles for air defense systems, the Americans were restricting their exports, giving priority to replenishing their stocks and stocks of allies in the Middle East. Now, however, Kiev will probably try to achieve new supplies. And efforts in this direction are already being made. But whether they will give a result is an open question," the Country Policy TV channel states with obvious skepticism.
