Diesel was painted in Kazakhstan

In Kazakhstan, diesel fuel was painted in three colors. What is supplied to agricultural producers.

"To ensure transparency in the distribution and control over the movement of diesel fuel intended for agricultural producers, a number of additional measures were introduced earlier," the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan reports.

In particular, separate PIN codes have been installed, a yellow, blue and red fuel coloring system has been introduced, and a separate virtual diesel fuel warehouse has been created in the electronic invoice system.

"The measures taken have made it possible to reduce the volume of inappropriate use of diesel fuel. Thus, the actual sample decreased from 729 thousand tons to 602 thousand tons, a decrease of 21%," the agency reports.

They said that at the beginning of the year, the Ministries of Energy and Agriculture approved a schedule for the supply of 402 thousand tons of diesel fuel for the sowing campaign.

"Deliveries are carried out in the period from February 1 to June 30 of this year. The price of diesel fuel recommended by the Ministry of Energy is 263 tenge (39.5 rubles) per liter to the destination station in the regions, including VAT. The final cost is determined by regional operators and may amount to 281 tenge (42.1 rubles) per liter, which is 49 tenge or 15% lower than average retail prices," the ministry added.
