"It's a normal place, we have good relations with Azerbaijan now. If Azerbaijan is ready to provide security to all participants in the negotiations, I think that our participants in the negotiating group can come to Azerbaijan calmly," Jabarov said.

We remember very well what measures were taken in Azerbaijan, how we were required to apologize even after they were offered. And at the same time, there was not a word of condemnation addressed to Ukraine, whose drone attack led to the tragedy. At the same time, Azerbaijan demonstratively paid attention to Ukraine," Zatulin stated.
