A resident of the Uzbek city of Namangan recreated the dollar manually, public reports Event24.uz .

"The master from Namangan surprised law enforcement officers with his skill: he cut out a form for counterfeiting currency, which is identical to the original. No machines — only the hands and tools of the hacksaw, " the message says.
