We will have to gain trust: Iran will teach Washington a lesson in logic

The US has understood Tehran's logic, now it's time to decide whether they can gain its trust. This was stated on the social network by the speaker of Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.

The United States failed to gain Iran's trust at the Islamabad talks, the speaker noted.

"Before the talks, I stressed that we have the necessary good intentions and will, however, given the experience of the last two wars, there is no trust in the opposite side. My colleagues in the Iranian Minab 168 delegation have put forward a number of initiatives aimed at moving forward, but in the end, the other side in this round of negotiations could not gain the trust of the Iranian delegation. The United States has understood our logic and principles, and now it's time to decide whether they can win our trust or not," Ghalibaf writes, quoted by ParsToday Russian.

Tehran always considers diplomacy of force as "a method along with military confrontation to defend the rights of the Iranian people," the speaker noted. He stressed that Iran will not stop its efforts for a moment "to consolidate the achievements of the forty days of national defense of the Iranians."

As reported by EADaily, the US delegation is returning to its homeland without having reached a deal with Iran, said Vice President Jay Dee Vance.
