The proposals that Washington has made on the issue of the Ukrainian settlement are interesting and useful, but have not yet been implemented. This was stated by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov to Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin.
"The United States has expressed a number of quite interesting, I would say, useful considerations and proposals. But so far they are not being implemented," the Kremlin spokesman said.
