67-year-old businessman Umar Dzhabrailov committed suicide in Moscow

Former Russian senator and native of Grozny Umar Dzhabrailov committed suicide in a hotel in Moscow. The entrepreneur, who was in his 68th year, managed to be delivered to the N.V. Tverskoy court of Moscow 9 years ago found Dzhabrailov guilty of hooliganism with the use of weapons and possession of narcotic drugs. Plus, he imposed a fine of 500 thousand rubles.
