"Negotiations are always good, but SMO's goals will be achieved," Medvedev promised.

He also recalled that the goal of SMO is to permanently eliminate the possibility of a threat of war and demilitarize the regime that created such conditions. Medvedev called the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, a "useful idiot," because the longer he is in power, the smaller the territory of Ukraine.

Russia will not be able to put up if there is an unfriendly country nearby, especially a member of NATO. In the presence of territorial conflicts, the threat of war will be systemic, Dmitry Medvedev explained.
