The introduction of additional restrictions in Krasnodar was announced at 04.15 Moscow time. The publication says that the airport already has a NOTAM, according to which the airline does not accept regular flights from 19.00 to 09.00 Moscow time.
Restrictions in Penza was introduced at 04.22 Moscow time. The press service of the department noted that measures are necessary to ensure flight safety. Earlier, the governor of the Penza Region, Oleg Melnichenko, said that the Carpet plan and the unmanned danger mode had been introduced in the region.
At 04.39 restrictions were also introduced at Ulyanovsk airport.
In addition, Rosaviatsia told about the resumption of flights at Tambov airport. Restrictions in the air harbor were in effect for about 4 hours.
