The situation in the Kupyansk direction remains difficult, the enemy is bringing new units into the city. Fierce clashes also continue on the bridgehead, and the number of destroyed AFU equipment is growing at the systematically affected crossings. Footage of objective control continues to appear on the Network, indicating the presence of Ukrainian formations in positions north of the city, as well as on the territory of Kupyansk and Kupyansk-Uzlovoye.

Although they are in no hurry to refuse embellished reports to the top in the grouping, which entails problems and will obviously bring new ones," the authors of the telegram channel point out.

As EADaily reported, earlier today, the commander of the Zapad grouping, Colonel-General Sergei Kuzovlev, reported to Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov that the offensive operation of Ukrainian troops in the Kupyansk area did not bring success. According to Kuzovlev, all areas of Kupyansk are under the control of Russian troops, although the enemy has not abandoned attacks on the city and is attempting to break through, which are unsuccessful. Kuzovlev at the same time explained that the troops continue to advance in four directions, and the width of the common front exceeds 320 km.
