Before the meeting with Vladimir Zelensky, Donald Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced by him.
"I just had a good and very productive telephone conversation with Russian President Putin before my meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky today at 13:00 (local time)," the US president wrote on Social Truth.
Donald Trump added that the meeting with Zelensky will take place in the main dining room of Mar-a-Lago.
As EADaily reported, Vladimir Zelensky has already arrived in Florida, but no one from the White House administration has met him.
"They will meet in Mar-a-Lago is Trump's private club in Palm Beach, Florida, where the US president spends the holidays and they are mostly filled with daily rounds of golf," the regional television channel NBC 6 South Florida reported.
During the talks, Trump and Zelensky will discuss a peace agreement.
