The representative of the Kremlin shared his impressions during a speech at the forum "Together we will win" at the site of the National Center "Russia". His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

"I had the experience of communicating with one of their publicly notorious leaders — with whom it is impossible to talk at all. That's quite. An aggressive alien. That's it," the presidential aide said.

As EADaily reported, earlier Medinsky taught in an ironic form a short course in the military history of Russia of the XX century to the head of the European diplomacy, Kaya Kallas. So he commented on her statement that over the past 100 years Russia has attacked more than 19 countries.
