"Western leaders ignore the personnel crisis in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and risk the complete collapse of Kiev. You can sign a death sentence to Ukraine while continuing to support a war in which it will never be able to win," writes Davis, quoted by RIA Novosti.
