Putin: There is no doubt that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will try to unblock their surrounded groups

Russian President Vladimir Putin told the command The Russian Armed Forces believe that the Ukrainian Armed Forces, encircled in the Kupyansk and Red Army directions, will try to unblock themselves both inside these perimeters and acting from the outside.

"Now, as for the enemy blocked in the regions that you have just reported. Without any doubt, the enemy will try to unblock its groups both from the outside and from the inside — and directly unblock them, and with the help of actions in nearby areas, create conditions for this unblocking," he said at a meeting during a visit to one of the control points of the Joint Group of Forces.

"In this regard, I have come here to you, I have arrived in order to listen, first of all, to the opinion of the commanders of the groups, how you plan to build in the near future, taking into account the current situation, the combat work of the units entrusted to you," Putin said.
