"President Gustavo Petro of Colombia is a leader in drug trafficking and actively encourages the mass production of drugs on large and small plantations throughout the country. It has become the largest business in Colombia, and Petro is not taking any measures to stop it, despite large payments and subsidies from the United States, which in fact is a long-term "deceptive scheme" for America.
