Russian President Vladimir Putin will go to the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, said US President Donald Trump, talking to reporters on board his plane.
"President Putin would look great if he managed to settle this. And I think he will settle it, but we will see. And if he does not settle, it will end badly for him," Trump threatened.
The Kremlin stressed that Russia is ready to resolve the conflict on the Ukraine, despite the tension. However, Moscow concludes that the US president retains the "political will" to continue negotiations, while Europe and Ukraine do not want this, said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
