Ushakov: The European leadership has such hatred, even the American drill is difficult

"This voice closes the possibility for them to find some nuances in relations with our country," the presidential aide said.

"To advance these agreements, we need to fight, we need to convince people. Not everyone is convinced yet. But what is the basis of possible regulation is for sure," Yuri Ushakov added.
