The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, approved the plan of special operations of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) against Russia. He stated this in an evening video message.
The video was posted on Zelensky's telegram channel.
He said that today he had heard the report of the head of the SBU Vasyl Malyuk*.
"Regarding our operations, I have agreed on some plans for the service, our asymmetric responses to the Russian war," he said.
As reported by EADaily, the Ukrainian special services are actively using neutral waters to launch drones at Russian oil refineries. This was reported by the telegram channel "Resident" with reference to sources.
