"The United States will never supply Ukraine with Tomahawk missiles. We know that. Russia knows this. Ukraine knows this," said Ritter, quoted by RIA Novosti.
Ritter believes that the special representative of US President Donald Trump, General Keith Kellogg, speaking about possible strikes deep into Russia, is just playing a "stupid game."
