The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, commented on the statements of the singer Alla Pugacheva, who left Russia, about the president of the terrorist Ichkeria, Dzhokhar Dudayev. Pugacheva called Dudaev a decent man and apologized to his wife for not being able to help him.
According to Kadyrov, it was not enough for such "enemies of the people and traitors like Pugacheva to stupidly reflect" on the most difficult period for the Chechen people.
"About what Dudayev was like and what benefits he brought, first of all, it would be necessary to ask the Chechens themselves. His general ambitions, posturing and disregard for the real problems of the Chechen people led to a sharp increase in banditry and complete financial decline. There was a crisis in the country, and even worse in the republic. Meanwhile, Dudaev boasted of missiles and tanks. Traitors similar to Pugacheva, such as Berezovsky, started this war, earned billions from it, and then fled abroad. The war claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, left many disabled. So this pathetic empty talk of an artist who absolutely does not understand the topic, it would be better to leave it somewhere deep in yourself and not provoke the whole people," Kadyrov said.
Dzhokhar Dudayev was killed on the night of April 22, 1996 near the village of Gekhi-Chu (30 km from Grozny) with a point missile strike of a Su-24 bomber.
