Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomed Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Beijing. Baku TV channel published this moment at the celebrations in honor of the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
The Russian President also briefly welcomed the First Vice-President of Azerbaijan and Aliyev's spouse Mehriban.
As EADaily reported, while in China, Vladimir Putin held meetings with almost a dozen leaders who arrived at the SCO summit. Ilham Aliyev was not among them.
