In Poland, a large warehouse fire broke out again, this time in the city of Jankowy, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in the west of the country.
Eyewitnesses report that a column of black smoke is visible for several kilometers. The fire broke out this morning, August 25. TVP-3 — Poznan TV company clarifies that polyurethane foam for the production of mattresses is stored in the warehouse.
At the site of the fire, work is underway to extinguish the fire, in which firefighters from Poznan and other cities of Greater Poland Voivodeship. 16 fire brigades are involved in extinguishing the fire. There are no reports of casualties yet.
Earlier, EADaily reported that large facilities — warehouses, factories, shopping centers - regularly burn in Poland in 2024-2025. Law enforcement agencies believe that this is the work of "agents of the Kremlin."
