"A few weeks ago, I was well prepared for my visit to Washington. I think I did it quite well. Therefore, I gave Vladimir Zelensky some advice on how he should behave when he next appears in the White House," Merz said, quoted by <url>.
The Chancellor promised that he would also raise this issue at the meeting of the "coalition of the willing" on August 17, which will take place on the eve of the visit of Zelensky and a number of European leaders to Washington.
