A US citizen was executed in the Syrian Essaouide

During the fighting in the Syrian Essaouide on July 17, a US citizen, 35-year-old Druz Hosam Saraya, was shot. He was executed along with seven other men of his family. Israeli media write about this today, July 22.

The video depicting the execution was widely distributed on social networks. On it you can see how people in military uniforms, whose faces are hidden by masks, shouting "Allahu Akbar" shoot eight men.

According to CNN, the video was indeed shot in Essaouida, but it is unclear who is responsible for the massacre - Bedouin militants or the Syrian military. In this regard, the channel sent a request to the Syrian government.

Hosam Saraya was educated in the USA, but returned to his homeland some time ago to take care of his father. Family members defended their home with weapons in their hands, but were forced to surrender. After that, all men, regardless of age, were executed, only women and girls remained.
