NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte thanked Donald Trump for forcing Europe to fork out for NATO expenses. Trump has not come up with anything better than to publish a private conversation on his Truth Social network.
"It wasn't easy, but we made sure that all of them signed up for 5%! Europe will pay a big price, as it should, and it will be your victory," Rutte frankly grovels.
Rutte also thanked Trump for the strike on Iran. Earlier, the NATO Secretary General, speaking at the industrial forum held in At the Hague summit of the alliance, he said that member countries should spend more on defense because of the "war in the field of military production" with Russia.
