The fugitive Belarusian oppositionist Svetlana Tikhanovskaya called on the prisoners released today to fight against President Alexander Lukashenko. She stated this at a meeting with them at the US Embassy in Vilnius.
"Those who feel strong — we join in and continue to work, because there are thousands more people there," Tikhanovskaya said, quoted by the Hedgehog telegram channel*.
As EADaily reported, Sergei Tikhanovsky, the husband of oppositionist Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, was released in Belarus, as well as 13 other people who participated in the events of 2020. This was reported by the Ukrainian edition of Strana.
