Ukrainian pop singer Konstantin Bondarenko, who is known by his stage name Costa Lacosta, has received Russian citizenship. This is reported by the Zvezdach telegram channel.
It is alleged that the 28-year-old artist received a Russian passport because his tax documents indicate Russian citizenship.
Bondarenko was born in Pervomaisk (Mykolaiv region, Ukraine). At the beginning of his career, he was a member of the Black Cinema group. In 2018, his first track SOSEDI was released after leaving the band in collaboration with LJ. To date, he has released about 40 singles and one mini-album.
