Russian President Vladimir Putin held an operational meeting with permanent members of the Security Council via video link, the Kremlin's press service reports.
"We have on the agenda of the operational meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council today seemingly purely peaceful issues — health issues. He gave the floor for the report to Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation for Social Policy.
